Our program offerings include Public, Trademark, Academy, and Guild, as well as Private Lesson, Corporate Service and VIP Concierge programs, each uniquely designed to cater to varying levels of interest and experience.

At Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA, we are committed to providing our students with the best possible learning experience. To achieve this, we require that all classes be booked in advance. This allows us to prepare and tailor our instruction to meet the needs of each individual student.

PUBLIC

The Public program is an introductory course that is open to anyone interested in learning Tai Chi. The course consists of three parts: Orientation, Tai Chi 101, and Tai Chi 102. The goal of this program is to provide participants with a solid foundation in Tai Chi, regardless of their health condition, age, or athletic ability. 

Tai Chi 101 and 102 are designed as a progressive curriculum where each month's content builds upon the previous month's lessons. The curriculum is cumulative in nature, meaning that the skills and techniques learned in earlier classes serve as a foundation for the more advanced material taught in later classes.

We welcome individuals of all levels of experience and skill to participate in this class. Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors will guide participants through a series of Tai Chi movements and techniques, with a focus on developing proper form, balance, and relaxation.

The Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA is proud to offer a donation-based and non-profit Tai Chi class that is open to the Los Feliz community on the first Saturday of every month from 2 PM to 3 PM. This class is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to experience the benefits of Tai Chi in a welcoming and supportive environment.

TRADEMARKED

The Trademarked Tai Chi programs were created by the head teacher and principal of Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA, Bosco Baek. These highly specialized programs are designed to meet the specific needs of individuals with certain health conditions. The four programs include Tai Chi for Cancer, Tai Chi for Insomnia, Tai Chi for Spinal Ailments, and Tai Chi for Falls Prevention. 

These programs aim to lessen pain, reduce side effects from cancer treatments, improve overall well-being, and increase stability and improve gait. To enroll in a Trademarked Tai Chi program, it is highly advised to take at least four classes of Tai Chi 101 and Tai Chi 102, totaling 8 classes, before registration.

ACADEMY

The Academy class offered at Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA is an all-encompassing certificate program and teacher course designed to cater to individuals seeking an in-depth study of Chen Family Taijiquan. The program is conducted in small groups of 2 to 4 people, with a master trainer dedicated to each group to ensure detailed instruction and personal attention.

The Academy class is a systematic process that covers all current curriculum at the Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of Chen Family Taijiquan. This comprehensive curriculum is designed to develop a deep understanding of Tai Chi principles, theory, applications, and teaching methods, providing a solid foundation for those seeking to become proficient in the art form.

Graduates of the Academy course receive teacher qualifications, allowing them to teach Chen Family Taijiquan with proficiency and authority. Moreover, they are given the opportunity to apply to become successors (disciples) of Master Chen Bing and Bosco Baek, recognized as some of the foremost authorities in the field.

GUILD

The Guild of CBTA USA is an exclusive community of incumbent teachers and disciples of Master Chen Bing and Bosco Baek. It is a highly selective group that runs by invitation only. Membership in the Guild is limited to those who have completed the Academy course and have been recognized as disciples of Master Chen Bing and Bosco Baek. 

The Guild provides a platform for advanced training, sharing of knowledge, and networking among members. Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of practice, teaching, and behavior. The Guild offers advanced training opportunities, including seminars, workshops, and retreats, as well as access to exclusive teaching materials and resources.

Private Lesson

Our Private Lesson program offers a highly personalized learning experience, tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student. These one-on-one sessions are taught exclusively by our certified teachers, Master Bosco Baek and Master Chen Bing, and are ideal for those seeking in-depth and focused instruction.

It's worth noting that Master Chen Bing, a highly respected authority in the Tai Chi community, makes an annual visit to Los Angeles typically in late May or early June.

Corporate Service
