The Guild of Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA is an invitation-only community composed of senior practitioners, certified teachers, disciples, and trusted leaders who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the Chen Family tradition.

The Guild is not a general membership program.

It is a distinguished circle of individuals who have dedicated themselves to the long-term preservation, transmission, and promotion of authentic Chen Family Taijiquan.

Membership in the Guild is not granted through enrollment.

It is earned through years of training, service, leadership, and contribution to the mission of Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA.

The Guild is not simply a recognition of achievement—it is a commitment to stewardship.

With that commitment comes the responsibility to uphold the lineage, lead with integrity, and help preserve the tradition for future generations.

[WHY THE GUILD?]

The Guild exists to support the central mission of Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA:

To preserve the original Tai Chi from its source and transmit it responsibly to future generations.

As Chen Family Taijiquan continues to spread around the world, the need for dedicated practitioners who understand both the technical and cultural responsibilities of the art becomes increasingly important.

The Guild serves as a community of experienced practitioners who help safeguard the integrity, authenticity, and future development of the tradition.

Its members act as examples of excellence, service, and long-term commitment.

[MEMBERSHIP PATHWAY]

Guild membership is by invitation only.

Membership is generally extended to individuals who have:

• Achieved Certified Teacher Level 3 or higher

• Demonstrated long-term commitment to Chen Family Taijiquan

• Contributed meaningfully through teaching, mentorship, leadership, or service

• Supported the mission and growth of CBTA USA

• Maintained good standing within the organization

Direct disciples of Master Bosco Baek are automatically admitted into the Guild.

Membership is based not only on technical ability, but also on character, service, leadership, and commitment to the lineage.

[THE ROLE OF GUILD MEMBERS]

Guild members serve as senior representatives of the Chen Family tradition within CBTA USA.

They help support the organization through:

• Teaching and mentorship

• Seminar assistance and instruction

• Community outreach

• Leadership development

• Preservation of curriculum and lineage standards

• Special projects and initiatives

• Support of Academy and Trademarked Membership programs

Guild members are expected to embody the values of humility, integrity, service, and lifelong learning.

Receive access to specialized training opportunities, workshops, and advanced educational experiences with Master Chen Bing, Master Bosco Baek, and invited guests.

[GOVERNANCE & RESPONSIBILITY]

The Guild does not govern the operations of Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA.

Administrative, financial, organizational, and strategic decisions remain under the authority of the CBTA USA Managing Team.

The purpose of the Guild is not management.

The purpose of the Guild is preservation, transmission, mentorship, leadership, and service.

Guild members help support the mission of the Academy through example, contribution, and stewardship.
