YOGA THERAPY (YOGA CIKITSA)

DHYANA (MEDITATION)

We teach a 3000-year historical Raja Yoga from Northern India based on ancient yoga texts.
Without confirmation and records from the ancient yoga text books, most modernized yoga meditation is newly developed which has a possibility of side effects. 
Ekatala Raja Yoga teaches only classical meditation methods written on  Yoga Sutra, Rig Veda and Upanishad
from the core teaching of Patanjali.
