While this class is free and open to everyone interested in exploring the profound benefits of Tai Chi, we operate on a donation-based system. Your generous donations are greatly appreciated and welcomed, though not required, to support our mission of spreading the health and wellness benefits of Tai Chi to the community.
Our free class will focus on "Fang Song," an essential aspect of Tai Chi known for its therapeutic effects in discovering one's body sensation, correcting misalignments, and fostering deep relaxation for both body and mind. Fang Song, which translates to "letting go" or "relaxation," is not merely a physical state but a comprehensive approach to well-being, promoting harmony and balance.
Derived from the ancient and traditional Chen Family Taijiquan, the unique eight methods of relaxation are rooted in the mother form of Tai Chi, originating from the very birthplace of this martial art, Chen Village. These techniques are tailored to improve imbalances and ailments, including back, neck, and shoulder pain, offering relief and a path to recovery for those suffering from such discomforts.
Participating in our Fang Song class is more than just a physical exercise; it's an introduction to the internal art of Tai Chi, a gateway to understanding the deeper, more profound aspects of this practice. It offers an opportunity to explore how Tai Chi can serve as a powerful tool for healing and personal growth.
We invite you to join us for this special session, experience the therapeutic benefits of Fang Song, and embark on a journey toward better health and inner peace. Your presence enriches our community, and any contribution you choose to make helps us continue offering these valuable experiences.
Join us in embracing the transformative power of Tai Chi and discovering a new level of well-being.
